if i were tying the knot all over again...

I would love to have these ladies on my feet!

But that doesn't mean I didn't adore the shoes that I did wear on my big day (thanks for the hook-up, Coco)!

new favorite bracelet

I just bought this bracelet at J.Crew last weekend and I am loving it!  Super simple, chic and adds just the right amount of bling to any outfit.  It comes in a few other colors (kelly green, hot pink and beige), but as usual, I opted for black.  And at $22.50 it also makes for a great gift!

this just in: shopbop friends + family!

Shopbop is having a two-day friends and family sale (ends tomorrow at 11:59 p.m.)!  If you've been eyeing a certain something or have been in the market for a new {fill in the blank}, now is the time.  Enter INTHEFAMILY20 when you checkout to get 20% off.  These are my top picks (clearly, I'm ready for spring...):

Tibi Arizona Print Slip Dress ($238.40 with F+F)

Vince Long Sleeve Sweater ($116 with F+F)

UPDATE: Piperlime is also doing 20% off their entire site until midnight tonight!

valentino's bows

I'm typically not a huge fan of bows.  In fact, when they first started showing up a couple of years ago, I avoided them at all costs.  Then they started getting a little looser, less perfect, and last fall I actually got on board!

Last weekend, I was wedding shoe browsing/consulting with a good friend who's getting married in June.  She is seriously considering the most amazing pair of Jimmy Choos as the winning candidate... but I digress.

While we were dissecting every pair of designer shoes on Nordstrom.com, she pointed out a gorgeous shoe by Valentino... with the most perfect bow ever.  And in a few different styles, it really could be the most perfect shoe ever.

spring trend: snake print

Snake print is coming in hot this season!  I wanted to share a few things I found in my recent shopping expeditions that I would love to incorporate into my wardrobe immediately...

inspiration: for soon-to-be mamas

I'm a little late to the game on this, but everyone is all abuzz about HATCH, a new line of maternity clothing.  Their Spring collection is beautiful, and I'm actually contemplating whether or not I can pull any of these things off as a non-mother-to-be...

 The Coat ($338)

 The Gown ($368)

ps. All of these come in a few different colors to choose from, too!
